A massage aimed at well-being and relaxation, alternating light and deep pressure. It involves a systematical kneading of all body tissues to achieve total relaxation. I use a mix of techniques ( californian massage, ayurvedic massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology and acupressure ) in order to adapt the technique to the needs of the client. Every massage is performed with a personalized mix of essential oils which are also chosen according to the client’s needs. As it is a nurturing massage, it makes it possible to listen to the body, to promote a global perception of the body chart, to relax the nerves as well as work both in a preventive and curative way on various stress states. On the physical level, this massage might help you sleep better, make breathing easier, improve muscle movement and stretch the muscles.
