Stay at our Torp, a wonderful cottage from the 16th century

Grönlund has been refurbished with all the modern appliances.
Grönlund sleeps 4 people with a sofa double bed downstairs as well as an option to extra sleeping space upstairs. It has a nice modern kitchen and bathroom.

It is situated in the middle of the country side with beautiful relaxing views of the farming landscape in all directions.
Linköping is 13 km, while Motala is 20km from the property.
You can cycle to the Göta Kanal in 15 mins and Ljung lake is another 5 mins on. Other attractions are Berg with its canal side cafes. Vedungsbageriet is one of Maspelösas bakery and it’s small café situated 10 mins cycle. The nearest airport is Linköping City Airport.
It’s a very cosy and typically Swedish styled cottage and an ideal location to base yourself for all the interesting sites you will want to visit in the area.

The cost is 1000 SEK per person per night including light seasonal vegetarian breakfast delivered in a picknick basket at your doorstep. Minimum stay 2 nights. Children as well as pets are welcome free of charge.

Private yogaclasses and therapy sessions are available to pre-book.
Meals can be ordered in advanced. You can choose from Swedish vegetarian farm meals, raw food, vegan and smoothie cleanses.

This workshop is inspired from two of yoga’s ethical discipline: Yama and Niyama from the Eight Limbs of Yoga. They are the basis of two moral backbones of yoga that serve as a foundation for practice, meditation and self awareness in all aspects of life.

Yama and Niyama are interdependent; niyama strengthen and safeguards yama.

Session 1: "Moving through life with the yamas"
This practice brings the 5 ethical principles to the opportunities of self reflection. In this session you explore how you might better participate in your own life.

Session 2: "Cultivating the inner life with the niyamas"
The second session invites you to cultivate the inner life by teaching the mind to enjoy the simpler things in life and to help us strengthen and support our chacter.

Session 3: "Re-designing the good Life"
The third session brings you to the full practice of yama and niyama; being mindful and more present and aware state of being. Bring love into your everyday Life. Live and breathe it in every moment.

My favorite mantra is “Bring love into your everyday life. Start loving yourself. When you are comfortable with your body and with your (inner)self then you can help others. Create a space inside of you and shine a light through it.”

Yin Yoga utbildning med Todd Grube, Modul 2

Yin yoga is an ancient Chinese practice that has its roots in qigong and Chinese Medicine and is deeply rooted in the Taoist traditions. The original name is called Taoist yoga. Taoist yoga is divided into two different energetic practices yin yoga: static postures or slow moving and yang yoga: which had a qigong flow meditative feel, but also builds heat and strength. They were always taught together!!In this first Temple ( module) we will focus on yin yoga but also be introduced to yang flows , qigong and Tao yin (animal movements) as traditionally taught.

This is the second of 5 modules which you can build on to. It’s both open to teachers and people who want to go deeper into this ancient knowledge and a more authentic, traditional and fun practice.

Six week training course

Keeping your body in a physical state of readiness so you can do what you love to do. That is what lies at the centre of this “Holistic fitness” shift. At its foundation, it’s simply keeping your body, or restoring your body, to a better physical state.
The training targets the large muscle chains and espacially the stabilising smaller muscle chains through precise high intensity and interval training.
We will be using easy to find props and train on the mats in the studio or even head outside, when we can, to train in the forest.
I will be introducing fundamental movements and exercises that will boost your athletic capacity. Understand this. No singular exercise is going to make you a better athlete, they’re just going to make you a more physically capable human, so you can work on your skill in any environment.
What all the movements have in common, is they hit the athletic components that are demanded: Strength, power, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and balance.
I will also talk about nutrition with a quick intro to diet and how it affects our performance in training and competition, also when and how to consume it.
So if you’re training for a specific competition or event, or just want to keep fit in the dark weeks and months of winter when it’s hard to motivate yourself, this course is ideal for you.
I have been coaching surfers and high end athletes for 15 years all over the world. I have also trained national teams for contests in Europe and internationally. Some of my athletes have gone on to become top international competitors on the professional circuit .
My experience varies from my army days and military training with elite forces to surfing big waves all over the world and I have used that experience to teach across all levels.
I’m a true believer that physical strength and preparation allows for mental strength and the ability, to go on and achieve anything you set your mind to…
Everyone is welcome whatever level you are.

Gong Bad

Vi börjar med att förbereda kropp och sinne för gongens ljud med ett yogapass. Efter yogapasset får ni lägga er ned på yogamattorna och dra en filt över er och glida in i en behaglig vila. Ta emot gonges helande vibrationer.
Ett gongbad har inget med vatten att göra utan du ”badar” i gongens vibrationer som sköljer igenom ditt system. Gongen kan ta en person till ett tillstånd bortom sinnet och tankarna, till en plats där du kan uppleva stillhet och enhet med allt som är. Vibrationerna hjälper dig att bara vara. Upplevelsen är unik för varje människa. Gången är effektiv mot ett rastlöst och stressat sinne, du kan också släppa på djupt liggande spänningar/blockeringar.
