Health and lifestyle coaching is for those who want to achieve sustainable changes in their lifestyle to improve their physical and/or mental health.
Changing your lifestyle to improve your health can sometimes feel overwhelming. I will guide you along the way!

I am a trained Nutrition and Health Coach through the Paleo Institute. With the functional medicine approach, we (you and I together) see how your lifestyle affects your well-being. We review your health and make a plan for how you can begin your journey towards an even better version of yourself. 🦋

What does health and lifestyle coaching mean?
Health and lifestyle coaching:
- Focuses on the whole: Includes lifestyle habits in nutrition, exercise, mental health, stress, sleep, employment, housing and relationships.
- Supports lifestyle changes: Helps you identify obstacles and create strategies to overcome them, for example, quitting smoking, exercising more or eating healthier.
- Creates sustainable habits: Works to create lasting changes that lead to improved health and increased well-being.
- Use of coaching tools: Methods from MI (motivational interviewing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), nutrition and behavior change.
The coach also asks questions and provides constructive feedback to increase your (the client's) self-awareness.
Partnership: A collaboration with the client to set and achieve jointly defined goals, where the coach acts as a supportive partner.
