Enjoy the weather with some outdoor training. If you don’t need a gym with heavy equipment, this may be an efficient way to train financially as the price is lower. There are many options of training we can do like speed training, agility, reaction, plyometrics, footwork drills, strength, and mobility. Using the space of being outdoors means no ceiling limit for jumping and plenty of space for you to reach full speed to improve. Getting a little sun while working on mobility isn’t too bad either. Just because we are outdoors doesn’t meant mean we will not have equipment. We have many elite level portable equipment that can be used to improve speed, strength, agility, and quickness.
