The purpose of a Reiki course can be a desire to be able to help others, but it can also be to help yourself with your own personal and spiritual development. Your own personal development indirectly also helps others. This is a combined course where you are introduced to both grade 1 and 2. The first day focuses on grade 1, the second day grade 2 and the third is complementary and follow-up. Thereafter support and advice is included if needed. The first Reiki degree gives you the ability to transmit Reiki energy using your hands. The energy can be conveyed to other people, animals, plants, food, etc. You can also treat yourself. The second Reiki degree gives you tools to work more flexibly with the Reiki energy and direct it specifically. You learn to send the energy over long distances, as well as to the past, the future and to situations. The course contains many practical elements. The energy work has a cleansing effect and sets internal processes in motion – both physical and psychological. You may experience this for several weeks after the course.
