This individual session combines two healing techniques - Reiki and Sound healing. During this treatment, you will lie fully clothed on a Reiki table and relax. Reiki energy will be channeled by laying hands on the front and back of the body. Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki opens up the blockages and strengthens weak energy places in the body. For sound healing you will be surrounded by crystal singing bowls, Chinese Chau gong, chimes and drum. These tonal vibrations are placed on and around the body reaching into you at a cellular level. The body absorbs the harmonic frequencies and is nourished by them. These sound vibrations have a profound effect on the cells, organs, tissues, as well as the circulatory, metabolic and endocrine systems.
