Garshana - Ayurvedic Stimulating Massage (60 min) Massage done with warm cold-pressed oil and silk gloves, associated with sea salt, camphor and fresh herbs. The repeated movements and the silk contact with the skin open the body energy channels (called “srotas” in Sanscrit) for lymphatic drainage. The salt, mixed with camphor and herbs release toxins from deep tissues to be eliminated through digestive and urinary tracts. It is at the same time a relaxing and stimulating treatment. Massage is followed by warm herbal tea for activating inner fire, necessary for the digestion of toxins. (Depending on client’s body constitution or skin lesions, it may be suggested to exchange this treatment for traditional oil massage – Abhyanga)
