AthleteLab is an inclusive sports-health and performance service for young athletes aged 6 to 25. We help competitive and recreational athletes feel and perform better—mentally and physically—through evidence-based guidance, medication management, and smart adaptation from health conditions to sport demands.
Our expertise spans sports pharmacy, sport psychology, physiology, and nutrition. That means we coordinate training, recovery, and nutrition with safe use of medicines and supplements, while also building focus, motivation, and routines that last. We frequently support athletes living with asthma, ADHD, diabetes, recurrent injuries, and other challenges that affect training and competition. Together, we review diagnoses, medications, and relevant regulations, then create a plan that works in training, at school, and on race day.
How it works
• Introduction session (15 min, free): clarify goals, current status, and needs.
• Action plan delivery (15+45 min): a clear, written plan with priorities, medication management, training, and recovery guidance, and next steps.
• Follow-up (45 min): review progress, troubleshoot obstacles, and refine the plan.
Our approach is safe, warm, and welcoming—open to all identities and abilities. We collaborate with coaches, guardians, and healthcare providers to make the path from health to sport as straightforward as possible. Sessions are available only online.
