This was a truely awful experience since I walked here for an hour, stressed out to find it and the first thing that met me was a question if I had an appointment. I showed them my booking online, but with no apology they tolv me they had booked someone else for the same time, this was just on paperback, but for some reason they chose to give those their time, and tell me to come back?? I am on vacation for just a couple of days and rally needed this, why think I would watt to come back to people treating me so badly, its the worst experience I have had at a spa. But maybe I should feel lucky to miss it.
