8 private 1:1 sessions, each 60 minutes
Sessions are spaced over three months, allowing time for integration rather than pressure
The program includes personalized exercises between sessions to support reflection, grounding, and real-life application
30-minute follow-up calls are offered between sessions to support integration, answer questions, and gently adjust the process as needed
