Booked a mini pedi and simple 30 min makeup application. The evening before they called to cancel the mini pedi. I then arrived a little early and the person who was doing the makeup arrived on time but then didn't get started until 10 minutes later. Unfortunately we had a bit of a language barrier as she didn't speak any English. We managed ok with google translate and she understood what I needed. The main disappointment and reason for the low rating was that when applying the eye liner and mascara she used the same applicator that came with the tubes. This is very dangerous and can lead to eye infection if every customer uses the same applicator with no sign of it being cleaner or disinfected. Luckily no sign of infection yet but definitely not a safe way to apply makeup. The application in the end was what I requested but she only spent 20 min on the whole application at the end was a little confused as she wanted to charge me for the 45 min one which was 200 kr more.

Idag var det inte så bra, Nabras kändes stressad, telefon ringde hela tiden och hon börja göra en "fel" behandling innan jag hann säga till. Men jag vart nöjd i slutändan 👍
