Guided meditation, breathwork, bodywork. Cacao Ceremony. Energywork, chakra clearing. We start with circle sharing and then you get to lie or sit down and relax on an eco wool sleeping pad, with a wool blanket and pillow, and receive the healing vibrations of the sound healing. We will do some energywork and chakra clearing and bodywork for selfcare. We will drink a heart opening and warming Cacao with almondmilk to start the Soundhealing Journey. You are gently led into a guided meditation journey. With sounds of crystal bowls, voice improvisation, shaman drum and various instruments. We connect with mother earth, and with each crystal bowl’s healing sound vibration for each chakra, you can feel the vibrations in the body and the different chakras (energy centers in the body). The sounds and vibrations of the crystal bowls together with guided meditation, voice improvisation and light language, create a healing space. Replenishes your energy and releases blockages and fears. The intonation of the voice and the vibrations of the Crystal Bowls, strengthen the energy in the body’s cells and contribute to strengthening your immune system, well-being, relaxation, life energy and joy. We round off with circle sharing of our experiences. We will eat a Gluten free cake together after the soundhealing! Heartopening herb tee available as well. I recommend you to wear soft cloths. You can take with you a notebook and pen for writing down your experience in the end. I recommend you to not eat 3-4 houers before we start, to come with a fasting stomach. To get a deeper experience of receiving the sound healing and ceremonial cacao. Try to be at place 14:45 so we can start at 15:00 a clock. If you are late, we will not wait.
