At Aurora Pilates we meet us in relaxing rooms or nature and take the time to help your body regain strength, flexibility and relaxation. I see you as an individual and support you in your health goals with Pilates and relaxation exercises. Pilates is a holistic training method in which the exercises are individually adapted to you using different variations and small devices.   Why? Your body is unique. Your life and health history is as individual as you look on the outside and on the inside. In everyday life, we all often experience weakness, fatigue and stress. Incorrect postures, lack of strength, hormonal changes or lack of time are usually the triggers that ultimately lead to physical pain. Then what does your body need? No. Mostly no doctor and tablets! But time and space for rest and regeneration to get back strength and energy. And that's where we meet. At Aurora Pilates.
