I booked online but they said that they didn't know that my room was booked for inspection. They came for another thing altogether and coincidentally met me at the door. So they quickly arranged for my inspection in about 20minutes later.
I tried my best in cleaning everywhere as stated in the instruction and they came and confirmed it okay. No issues found. They were nice too.
