Welcome to HolisticMojo Integrated Wellness! Here I offer massage, yoga, and energy work. I created my company from my own healing journey. As a professional dancer I was taught to ignore pain and push through. What I wouldn't give to go back to my 20 year old self, give her a hug and teach her to LISTEN to her body instead of the demands of the world. My journey through pain, injury, and healing led me create a wellness company that integrates many forms of healing into one place. I weave physiotherapy, mindfulness, and ayurveda into all of my sessions. Come in for a session and walk out with a new awareness and experience of your body!
