Start your weekend strong with a total body workout! This class is a fun, upbeat change of pace. Expect to have a different workout each week as the circuit training design can incorporate TRX, agility ladders, plyometric exercises, cardio, battle ropes, and Rip Trainers. Be ready for everything with this class, and come prepared to have fun as you get your weekend off on the right foot! The class is an advanced level class. Show up on time since instructions are given at the beginning of each class!
