The woman who finished my nails was very professional, and she did my nails nicely. But when I first arrived, another woman started working on them. She didn’t listen when I said I wanted my nails shorter, she didn’t properly remove the previous base, and she didn’t understand the design I wanted. While doing my nails, she was texting someone and constantly checking her phone.
Meanwhile, the first woman switched to another client. She called someone and started talking loudly, so everyone could hear both her and the person on the phone.
The tools (scissors, brushes) they used were not cleaned with antibacterial products or high temperature. I was the last client before closing time, and nobody cleaned the tools afterward — they were just put straight into the drawers for the next day.
