Booking and Punctuality Guidelines
• All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking channels.
• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
• Please arrive on time.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or will be charged for extra time.
• Clients that are more than 25 minutes late may receive a cancellation of their booked service without a notice.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Protocol
• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• For cancellation use the code you received in your email during booking to cancel your appointment.
• Do not contact Chizzy for cancellation, you have to cancel your appointment yourself.
• After making your appointment do swish 50% of the service fee to 1234973962 as a deposit to secure your appointment.
• If the deposit is not received your appointment maybe cancelled without prior notice.
• Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in loss of deposit.
Payment Terms and Pricing Information
• Remaining balance is due at the end of service.
• Chizzy accept ( payment methods, e.g., cash, card, swish ).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Hair Preparation Requirements
• Clients should arrive with clean, detangled, straightened, product-free hair unless otherwise stated for a specific service.
• Failure to do so may require additional prep services at an extra cost of 400 kr.
Client Conduct and Salon Atmosphere
• We maintain a respectful, professional environment, no smoking, no vaping, no snuff while sitting on the salon chair.
• If you must smoke please do it outside and wait a while for the smell to clear before coming back in.
• Go to the rest room or outside to insert your snuff, please do not do it while sitting on the salon chair.
• Clients are not allowed to ask personal questions about family life, marriage status, and living condition.
Behavioral Guidelines
• Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Children or extra guests are only allowed if approved in advance for safety and comfort.
• Keep an eye on your children, any damages will be debited.
Refunds and Issue Resolution
• Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not offered.
• If you have concerns about your style, please notify Chizzy within 14 days so she can assess and address the issue.
• If you have purchased a human hair from the salon, you have 14 days to notify us of any concerns so we can assess and address the issue.
• After assessing your complain and we conform that the hair quality is bad you will receive 30% money back or a 50% of same hair type back as a solution. This offer is only valid for human hair.
• If you purchase a human hair or hair product with a discount, you will be disqualified to receive any form of refund.
Photography and Media Consent
• AmazingHairByChizzy may request permission to take photos/videos of completed styles for promotional use.
• Clients may opt out by informing the stylist before the service begins.
