IRYNA BEAUTY
My name is Iryna Rassadina and I work with permanent makeup, medical and reconstructive micropigmentation, advanced skin treatments and laser-based aesthetic procedures. I have more than 20 years of professional experience in beauty, aesthetics and micropigmentation.
Before moving to Sweden, I built and operated my own school and studio in Kharkiv, as well as a separate studio in Kyiv. Over the years, thousands of clients have visited my studios, and I have trained hundreds of students who now work in different countries as permanent makeup artists and beauty professionals. Teaching has always been an important part of my work, because for me technique is not only about creating a beautiful result, but also about understanding skin, tissue, healing, colour, equipment and the reasons behind each decision.
My work is based on natural results and an individual approach. I do not use the same template for everyone. Shape, colour, technique and intensity are adapted according to anatomy, skin and tissue characteristics, the starting point and the desired result. I work with both aesthetic treatments and more complex cases where previous procedures, scars, pigment changes or tissue condition need to be taken into account.
My main areas of work today include permanent makeup for brows, lips and eyes; correction and removal of older permanent makeup; medical and reconstructive micropigmentation; areola reconstruction following breast surgery; camouflage of scars and areas of pigment loss; micropigmentation for alopecia and hair loss; scalp micropigmentation (SMP); scar and skin texture revision; individual skin treatments for acne, post-acne, pigmentation, rosacea and age-related skin changes; and laser and aesthetic treatments.
Medical and reconstructive micropigmentation holds a special place in my professional work. In Ukraine, I founded and developed a volunteer project supporting women during and after cancer treatment. I created the concept, brought together 154 specialists under the project, and coordinated and supervised its work for several years. The specialists provided free support including areola reconstruction following breast surgery, scar work, and restoration of brows, lash lines and lip colour. This experience shaped my approach to reconstructive work and strengthened my focus on realistic results, careful planning and respect for the individual condition of the skin and tissue.
Today, Iryna Beauty AB has an active agreement with Region Jämtland Härjedalen in the field of medical micropigmentation and can also receive patients referred by healthcare providers and other regions in Sweden. Depending on the medical indication, this may include areola reconstruction, medical micropigmentation for alopecia and other forms of reconstructive work. I continue to develop this part of my practice together with my broader work in permanent makeup, skin treatments and scar revision. I also place strong emphasis on consultation and treatment planning, particularly when a case involves scar tissue, pigment loss, alopecia or previous procedures, because the correct sequence of treatments is often as important as the technique itself.
For me, the visual result is not the only priority. I pay close attention to how the skin responds, how tissue heals and how the result develops after full recovery. Some treatments can be completed in one or two visits, while others require a gradual process in which colour, density or skin quality is built step by step.
I am also developing Norrbloom, an umbrella brand created to bring together different professional areas within beauty, skincare and medical micropigmentation. Iryna Beauty is developing as part of Norrbloom, with the long-term aim of creating a clearer structure for the different areas of my work.
The studio is located in Östersund. I speak English, Ukrainian and Russian and I am currently learning Swedish.
