Welcome to ISSA STUDIO LASHES & BROWS Information before your appointment: - Cancellation of your appointment is possible at least 24 hours before your booked time, using the cancellation code on bookdirect. - Cancelling an appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time via SMS will incur a fee of 100% of the service price. - No-shows are subject to a full fee. - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full fee. - Come without a companion. - Come without make-up or facial products. - Complaints are possible up to 5 days after your appointment. - It is absolutely forbidden to come here sick or with an infection. In this case, you will be sent home and charged the fee for your appointment. - Your allergy to glue is not a reason for a refund. - Come at your scheduled time, neither too early nor too late.
