Discussion about the likely diagnosis, plan for treatment and management of the injury, prognosis of how long for recovery and rehabilitation plan. It is our absolute top priority that the client leaves understanding what is wrong, how we are going to manage/fix the injury and what they can do themselves to aid recovery.

Follow up Injury Rehabilitation

Follow up re-assessment to establish injury rehab progress. Treatment using various hands-on manual therapy techniques where required to accelerate the healing process and reduce severity of injury symptoms. Discussion about ongoing plan for injury management and progressions will be given to the home exercise plan as needed. It is our absolute top priority that the client leaves understanding what is wrong, how we are going to manage/fix the injury and what they can do themselves to aid recovery.

Massage pressure is dependant on the person and will be established through communicating with the client. A variety of techniques will be used to provide the most effective massage possible. Some mobility and stretching exercises may be given and sent to the client following the session as needed.

With special training in dealing with pregnancy related pain and injury for women before and after childbirth. Motion Lab is a massage and injury rehabilitation clinic in the heart of Malmö city. Whilst the clinic is new in town, I have an extensive background in physiotherapy in high performance sports environments and various clinics around the world, so you can feel safe and confident in my abilities. I am a strong listener and will work with you to help you get what you want out of every session. Please check the website for more info on me and some reviews from current/past clients.
