Hair dye left all over my face and ears - hairdresser attempted to remove it by scrubbing with what smelt like acetone (nail polish remover) which gave me a rash and left all of the dye still on my skin. It is still there, in large dark marks, almost 2 days later. No towel used around neck, just loose cape so cold water ran all the way down my shirt. Stylist also had very long and pointed nails which she accidentally stabbed me with several times, including one time in my eye. Hair was curled with brushes while blow drying and one of the brushes got stuck in my hair. Have discovered now that the curl has dropped that there is a large section of hair at the front that is 4cm shorter than the rest of the hair, completely different to the other side of my face. Not at all what I asked for - it was supposed to be a small trim, all one length! This was not a nice experience.
