I am a regular at Yaya for more than a year. I usually book Thomas assisted by a younger lady as they are very professional and kind despite the language barrier. However, Anna is unprofessional and a power tripper by disproportionately being abrasive (I am a foreigner still learning Swedish). She is rude and even once berated me because MY OWN loyalty paper card was a bit folded. I booked the first appointment of the day for 70 minutes. I don’t arrive late at my appointments (and often, I am even asked to wait because they are late). But this morning, despite me rushing I thought I was 4 minutes late. Impossible to reach their number. As soon as I arrived, I apologised. It turns out that I was 8 minutes late. The salon was EMPTY. Despite apologising again, Anna yelled and gesticulated psychotically. She gave me subpar service, but the staff fortunately did the rest. Yet, despite being late, my service was completed in 50 minutes. Anna needs to calm down and stop being arrogant.
