Aura haircut is a dry haircut infused with spiritual elements such as setting an intention about something you want to let go off or invite more of, a meridian head massage to balance yin & yang of the body followed by cutting the hair in a way that follows its own natural flow and texture with regard for your wishes of style. Additional tools as sage, breath and silence is offered but always optional. I bring in reiki with the intention of clearing old stagnant energy as cutting our hair symoolizes change, letting go of negative energy, release and with that embrace a fresh start & new beginnings. Note: hair is not washed, only cut & styled. Please arrive with freshly washed hair.

Revitalizing face massage with a carefully selected face oil. Gentle pressure, strokes and uplifting movements to bring new life to skin and face. Lymphatic Massage enhances circulation, clears from toxins and boosts the skins natural elasticity. A very relaxing and invigorating treatment and upon request combined with Reiki Healing for that extra magic. Treatment begins with a gentle oil cleanse followed by face mist and then massage with oil on face, neck, décolletage and scalp combined with intuitive Reiki Healing. Note: we appreciate if you arrive without make up, and wear a top that you can pull down below your shoulders.

Reiki is often described as relaxing and stress reducing & helps to open up blockages within body and mind to allow our life force energy to flow freely. At BLISS we invite you to lay down during the treatment as I work with the flow of Reiki with hands on and hands off placements on the body and your energy field during 45 minutes of active energy work. After the treatment we reserve a moment for a soft return and guidance.

Guided breathwork practice that invites you to deeply connect with your body and breath. This practice allow us to breathe through emotions, unwind and ultimately ground our nervous system. My focus is to hold space and guide you through the practice. We finish each session with savasana - resting pose - as a way of integrating our experience before gently coming back to the room. The method I hold space for is a slow and rhythmic breathing pattern that activates our nervous system to help release and let go of stored emotions in our physical and emotional body. This is an active practice with a moment of rest in the end to allow ourselves to integrate the session before leaving the room.
